    The first touch opens a short join page. The customer types their email once and gets the card with the first stamp. Every visit after that is one touch.

    The card lives in their Wallet.

    Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. It updates the moment a stamp is added.

    You see it on your dashboard.

    Who came back, when, and how often. On Pro, message the quiet ones and see who your members are.

Bring them back.

On Pro, send a short message from your dashboard, now or at a time you pick. Wallet cards get it as soon as it goes, and everyone sees it on their card page for 14 days. Reach everyone, your top customers, full cards or the quiet ones. Each customer gets at most 3 messages in any 7 days, and never at night. Campaigns do the rest: a welcome bonus, a double-stamp day, a win-back and a reminder when a card is close to its reward.

What does the business need?+
One Tap Tile stamp at your till, which we bring and set up with you, and a phone or laptop for the dashboard. Nothing is installed. Staff touch the stamp to the customer’s phone, the same way they would stamp a paper card.
Do customers need an app?+
No. The first touch opens the card in the phone’s browser, where the customer joins with their email. They can then save it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. It works on any iPhone from the 11 and any Android phone with NFC.
What if a tap does not work?+
Every card carries a QR code. Staff scan it with a phone you set up in your dashboard, or with your own phone while you are signed in, and add the stamp. The tap stays the everyday way to stamp.
How does the first month work?+
You start on Pro and pay your first month when you sign up, €49 plus VAT. Once you have paid, we get in touch to bring your Tap Tile stamp and set it up with you. After that Stripe bills you monthly, plus VAT, and you can cancel at any time. You can move to Basic from your dashboard whenever you like, and your next bill is the Basic price.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?+
Basic gives you the card: the Wallet and web card, stamps, rewards and the counts on your dashboard, for one location, in our standard look with your business name. Pro puts your brand on the card with no design fee, and adds a members view with their emails, messages, campaigns, stamp codes for takeaway and up to 3 locations. Enterprise starts from €99 a month plus VAT. Talk to us about it.
What is the stamp itself?+
A 3D-printed NFC tile made in Malta. On Basic and Pro it is our standard stamp. On Enterprise it is printed in your own colours and is yours to keep. On Basic and Pro we lend it to you, so return it within 30 days of leaving or we charge €10 plus VAT.
What happens if I cancel?+
Stamping stops at the end of your paid period and your customers see a polite "try again later" if they tap. Your members and their stamps are kept for 12 months, so everything picks up again if you come back.
